পূর্বকথা
বিসমিল্লাহির রাহমানির রাহিম
যে কোন প্রতিষ্ঠানের সংবিধানই একটি মৌলিক দলিল হিসেবে বিবেচিত হয়। সংগঠন পরিচালনা, শৃঙ্খলা ও নীতিমালা সংরক্ষণে এর প্রয়োজনীয়তা অনস্বীকার্য। বাংলাদেশ ইসলামী ছাত্রশিবিরের সংবিধান এক পবিত্র আমানত। এর প্রতিটি দিক কুরআন, সুন্নাহ ও ইসলামী আন্দোলনের ঐতিহ্যের আলোকে প্রণয়ন করা হয়েছে। তাই বাংলাদেশ ইসলামী ছাত্রশিবিরের সকল কর্মতৎপরতা এই সংবিধানের ভিত্তিতে পরিচালিত হয়।
মৌলিক নীতিমালাকে অক্ষুন্ন রেখে পরিবেশ ও পরিস্থিতির দাবি অনুসারে এ সংবিধানে বিভিন্ন সময় কিছু কিছু সংশোধনী আনা হয়েছে।
সংবিধানের বর্তমান এ সমন্বিত সংস্কৃরণ সর্বশেষ সংশোধনীসহ প্রকাশিত হলো।
আল্লাহ তায়ালা আমাদের সংবিধানের আলোকে সংগঠনের যাবতীয় কাজ আঞ্জাম দেয়ার তৌফিক দিন। আমীন!

In any organization, a constitution is considered to be the basic document. Its importance in conducting the organization, streamlining its discipline and maintaining the principles can not be denied. The constitution of Bangladesh Islami Chhatrashibir is a sacred trust. All aspects of the constitution have been framed in the light of the Quran, the Sunnah and the heritage of the Islamic movement. All the activities of the Islami Chhatrashibir center round the constitution.
From time to time, some amendments were made in this constitution in response to the demand of the situation without compromising its basic principles.
May Allah (SWT) enable us to carry out all activities of the organization in the light of this constitution. Amee!
ভূমিকা
যেহেতু আমরা দৃঢ়ভাবে বিশ্বাস করি যে-
এক : নিখিল বিশ্বের সৃষ্টি, এর স্থিতি, স্থায়িত্ব, সংরক্ষণ, ক্রমবিকাশ এবং ক্রমোন্নতি একমাত্র সেই আল্লাহর দান, যিনি অসীম জ্ঞান ও বিচক্ষণতার অধিকারী। যাঁরা ইচ্ছা ও আদেশ নিরংকুশভাবে আসমান ও জমিনের প্রতিটি অণুপরমাণুর মধ্যে সক্রিয় রয়েছে, যাঁর হাতে রয়েছে জীবিকার চাবিকাঠি ও জীবন-মৃত্যুর বাগডোর এবং যিনি সমস্ত শক্তি ও ক্ষমতার উৎস।
দুই : পৃথিবীর জীবনই মানব-জীবনের শেষ নয়, মৃত্যুর পর মানুষকে আখেরাতের অনন্ত জীবনে প্রবেশ করতে হবে। মহাপরাক্রান্ত আল্লাহর সামনে তার পার্থিব জীবনের প্রতিটি মুহূর্ত ও কাজের হিসেব দিতে হবে। পার্থিব জীবনে কেবলমাত্র আল্লাহ প্রদত্ত বিধান অনুযায়ী গোটা জীবন পরিচালিত করলেই আখেরাতের সাফল্য ও কৃতকার্যতা অর্জিত হতে পারে।
তিন : আল্লাহ যুগে যুগে মানব জাতির পথ নির্দেশের জন্য নির্ভুল জ্ঞানসহ নবী ও রাসূলদের এ দুনিয়ায় প্রেরণ করেছেন। আল্লাহ প্রদত্ত ও রাসূল (সা) প্রদর্শিত জীবন-বিধানই মানব জাতির সিরাতুল মুস্তাকিম সহজ ও নির্ভুল চলার পথ। বিশ্বনবী মুহাম্মদ (সা) সর্বশেষ নবী। তাঁর আনীত আল-কুরআন এবং উপস্থাপিত জীবনাদর্শই গোটা মানব জাতিকে কিয়ামত পর্যন্ত সঠিক পথের সন্ধান দেবে: এবং
চার : ইসলামের বিধানগুলোকে পূর্ণভাবে গ্রহণ করে নেয়ার মধ্যেই নিহিত রয়েছে মানবতার মুক্তি ও কল্যাণ। যখনই কৃষ্টি-সভ্যতা এবং সমাজব্যবস্থাকে ইসলামের মূলনীতি থেকে অপসারিত করে প্রতিষ্ঠিত করা হয়েছে, তখনই মানবতাকে অকল্যাণ ও ধ্বংসের দিকে ঠেলে দেয়া হয়েছে। ইসলামী জীবন-বিধানের প্রতি উন্নাসিকতাই বর্তমান জগতের সমস্ত অশান্তির মূল কারণ এবং ইসলামী জীবনবিধানের অনুসরণই এই শোচনীয় অবস্থা দূর করার একমাত্র উপায়।
সেহেতু-
আমরা ইসলামী বিপ্লব সাধনের প্রচেষ্টায় তৎপর ছাত্রগণ নিজেদেরকে একটি সংগঠনে সংঘবদ্ধ করে চূড়ান্ত সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ করছি যে-
এক : আল্লাহর আনুগত্য এবং রাসূল (রা) এর অনুসরণই আমাদের জীবনের একমাত্র উদ্দেশ্য হবে। আমরা সকল প্রকার আনুগত্য ও দাসত্ব পরিত্যাগ করে একমাত্র আল্লাহর আনুগত্য দাসত্ব অবলম্বন করব। সর্বপ্রকার মত, পথ ও বিধান ত্যাগ করে একমাত্র রাসূল (স) এর আদর্শ জীবন ও পদাংক অনুসরণ করব। আমাদের এ আনুগত্য ও অনুসরণ জীবনের কোন একটি বিভাগের জন্য হবে না, বরং জীবনের প্রতিটি দিক ও বিভাগে পরিব্যাপ্ত হবে।
দুই : আমরা আমাদের জীবনকে ইসলামের আলোকে উদ্ভাসিত করে তুলব এবং মানবসমাজকে আল্লাহর আনুগত্য ও রাসূল (সা) এর অনুসরণের দিকে ডাকব। আমাদের সংগ্রাম-সার্বিক প্রচেষ্টা-একমাত্র এ উদ্দেশ্যেই নিয়োজিত থাকবে, যেন পৃথিবীর বুকে আল্লাহর বাণী সর্বোচ্চ মর্যাদা লাভ করে, রাসূল (সা) এর প্রদর্শিত বিধান পৃথিবীর বুকে সঠিক অর্থে প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয় এবং মানব জাতি ইসলামের ভিত্তিতে তাদের সামগ্রিক জীবন গড়ে তুলতে সক্ষম হয়। এবং
তিন : বিশ্বব্যাপী ইসলামী বিপ্লবের পদক্ষেপ হিসেবে আমরা সর্বপ্রথম বাংলাদেশ ইসলামী আদর্শ বাস্তবায়নের জন্য আমাদের সমস্ত শক্তি ও সামর্থ্য নিয়োজিত করব।
PREAMBLE
WHEREAS WE FIRMLY BELIEVE
THAT the creation, continued existence, sustenance, evolution and development of the universe owes to Allah alone. Who Possesses absolute wisdom and sagacity and whose sovereign will reigns supreme over every atom of the heavens and the earth. Who holds the key to all the resources of sustenance, controls the reins of life and death and is the fountain-head of all power and strength.
THAT human life is not confined to this world, rather through death man will enter the realm of eternal life wherein he will be repaired to render an account of every moment and every act of his earthly life to the almighty. One can achieve true success in the hereafter only if one moulds his life in its entirety in full conformity to the code of life prescribed by Allah (SWT).
THAT Allah has sent His messengers (peace be upon them) to this world with perfect knowledge for the guidance of mankind in all ages. The code of life bestowed by Allah (SWT) and embodied by the Prophet (peace be upon him) is the Siratul Mustaqeen the easiest and perfect way of life and that the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon) is the last Prophet and Mesenger of Allah and that the Quran, the Book revealed to him, and his life-example shall continue to radiate guidance to mankind until the Yaumul Qiamah,
THAT the salvation and success of man lie in accepting the dictates of Islam in its totality. That whenever human civilization, culture and social order was founded on any principles other than Islam, man courted his doom. The root cause of all the unrest prevailing in the present day lies in the indifference of men to the divine guidance, and the only means to remove this misery is that man kind live in accordance with the Islamic way of life.
In view of the above, we, the students devoted to bring about an Islamic revolution, rally round an organization and hereby resolve –
THAT the motto of our life shall be to obey Allah and follow the footsteps of His Messenger (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). We shall renounce all forms of obedience, worship and servitude and shall devote ourselves exclusively to obeying, worshipping and serving Allah (SWT). We shall reject all ideologies and ways of life and follow the life and footsteps of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). This obedience and allegiance shall not be confined to a single section of our life, rather shall extend to all walks of our life,
THAT we shall illuminate our life with the light of Islam and shall call human beings to obey Allah (SWT) and worship Him alone and to follow the footsteps of His Messenger (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). Our struggle and endeavors shall be to keep Allah's (SWT) order supreme and the ideology shown by the Prophet (peace be upon him) established on the earth in the truest sense of the term and the human beings can build up their entire life on the basis of Islam.
THAT as a prelude to the global Islamic revolution, we do hereby resolve to lend all our energies to implement Islamic ideology in Bangladesh first.
প্রথম অধ্যায়
নাম
ধারা-১ : এই সংগঠনের নাম বাংলাদেশ ইসলামী ছাত্রশিবির।
লক্ষ্য ও উদ্দেশ্য
ধারা-২ : এই সংগঠনের লক্ষ্য ও উদ্দেশ্য হচ্ছে আল্লাহ প্রদত্ত ও রাসূল (সা) প্রদর্শিত বিধান অনুযায়ী মানুষের সার্বিক জীবনের পুনর্বিন্যাস সাধন করে আল্লাহর সন্তোষ অর্জন।
কর্মসূচি
ধারা-৩ : এই সংগঠনের কর্মসূচি-
এক : তরুণ ছাত্রসমাজের কাছে ইসলামের আহ্বান পৌঁছিয়ে তাদের মাঝে ইসলামী জ্ঞান অর্জন এবং বাস্তব জীবনে ইসলামের পূর্ণ অনূশীলনের দায়িত্বনুভূতি জাগ্রত করা।
দুই : যে সব ছাত্র ইসলামী জীবনবিধাআন প্রতিষ্ঠার সংগ্রামে অংশ নিতে প্রস্তুত তাদেরকে সংগঠনের অধীনে সংঘবদ্ধ করা।
তিন :এই সংগঠনের অধীনে সংঘবদ্ধ ছাত্রদেরকে ইসলামী জ্ঞান প্রদান এবং আদর্শ চরিত্রবানরূপে গড়ে তুলে জাহেলিয়াতের সমস্ত চ্যালেঞ্জের মোকাবেলায় ইসলামের শ্রেষ্ঠত্ব প্রমাণ করার যোগ্যতাসম্পন্ন কর্মী হিসেবে গড়ার কার্যকরী ব্যবস্থা করা।
চার : আদর্শ নাগরিক তৈরীর উদ্দেশ্যে ইসলামী মূল্যবোধের ভিত্তিতে শিক্ষাব্যবস্থার পরিবর্তন সাধনের দাবিতে সংগ্রাম এবং ছাত্রসমাজের প্রকৃত সমস্যা সমাধানের সংগ্রামে নেতৃত্ব প্রদান।
পাঁচ : অর্থনৈতিক শোষণ, রাজনৈতিক নিপীড়ন এবং সাংস্কৃতিক গোলামী হতে মানবতার মুক্তির জন্য ইসলামী সমাজ বিনির্মানে সর্বাত্মক প্রচেষ্টা চালানো।
CHAPTER ONE
NAME
Article-1 : The name of this organizatin shall be
BANGLADESH ISLAMI CHHATRASHIBIR.
AIMS AND OBJECTS
Article-2 : The aims and objects of this organization shall be to seek the pleasure of Allah (SWT) by molding entire human life in accordance with the code bestowed by Allah (SWT) and exemplified by His Messenger (peace be upon them).
PROGRAMME
Article-3 : The programme of this organization shall be as follows :-
(1) To. convey the message of Islam to the students and to inspire them to acquire Islamic knowledge and to arouse in them the sense of responsibility to practice Islam in full.
(2) To organize the students within the fold of this organization who are prepared to take part in the struggle for establishing Islamic way of life.
(3) To take appropriate steps to impart Islamic knowledge to make them men of character, capable to brave the challenges of Jahilyah and thus to prove the superiority of Islam.
(4) To struggle for changing the existing system of education on the basis of Islamic values for building up ideal citizens and to provide leadership to the students in solving their genuine problems.
(5) To strive to bring about Islamic social reformation for freeing humanity from all forms of economic exploitation, political oppression and cultural servitude.
দ্বিতীয় অধ্যায়
সদস্য
ধারা-৪ : একজন শিক্ষার্থী যদি সংগঠনের লক্ষ্য ও উদ্দেশ্যকে তার জীবনের লক্ষ ও উদ্দেশ্য হিসেবে গ্রহণ করেন, এ সংগঠনের কর্মসূচি ও কর্মপদ্ধতির সাথে পূর্ণ ঐক্যমত পোষণ করেন ও তা বাস্তবায়নের সম্পূর্ণরূপে মেনে চলেন, তার জীবনে ইসলাম নির্ধারিত ফরজ ও ওয়াজিবসমূহ যথাযথভাবে পালন করেন, কবীরা গোনাহসমূহ থেকে দূরে থাকেন এবং সংগঠনের লক্ষ্য ও কর্মসূচির বিপরীত কোন সংস্থার সদস্যপদ লাভ করতে পারেন।
ধারা-৫ : সদস্যপদ লাভে ইচ্ছুক কোন কর্মী কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতি হতে নির্ধারিত ফরম সংগ্রহ করে তা যথাযথভাবে পূরণ করত: কার্যকরী পরিষদ কর্তক অনুমোদিত পন্থায় কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতির কাছে পাঠিয়ে দেবেন এবং কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতি তা মঞ্জুর করবেন এবং কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতি তা মঞ্জুর না করলে তার কারণ কার্যকরী পরিষদের নিকট ব্যাখ্যা করতে বাধ্য থাকবেন।
ধারা-৬ : কোন সদস্য যদি সংবিধানের ৪ নং ধারায় বর্ণিত বিষয়সমূহ আংশিক বা পূর্ণভাবে লঙ্ঘন করেন অথবা সদস্য হওয়াকালীন প্রদত্ত প্রতিশ্রুতি ভঙ্গ করেন অথবা সংগঠনের প্রতি অবজ্ঞা প্রদর্শন করেন অথবা তাকে সংশোধনের প্রচেষ্টা সত্ত্বেও দীর্ঘদিন পর্যন্ত সংগঠনের কাজে অবহেলা করে চলেন, তাহলে কার্যকরী পরিষদ কর্তৃক গৃহীত নির্ধারিত পন্থায় তার সদস্যপদ বাতিল করা হবে।
ধারা-৭ : যদি কোন সদস্য তার সদস্যপদ থেকে ইস্তফা দিতে চান তাহলে তাকে কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপিতর নিকট পদত্যাগপত্র পেশ করতে হবে। কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতি তার পদত্যাগপত্র পাওয়ার সাথে সাথে তার সদস্যপদ মুলতবী হয়ে যাবে এবং কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতির অনুমোদনের পর পরই তার সদস্যপদ বাতিল হয়ে যাবে।
ধারা-৮ : কোন সদস্যের ছাত্রজীবন সমাপ্ত হলে তার পরীক্ষার ফল প্রকাশিত হবার দুমাস পর তার সদস্যপদ আপনা-আপনি বিলুপ্ত হবে।
CHAPTER TWO
MEMBERSHIP
Article-4 : Any student shall be entitled to the membership of this organization provided he accepts the aims and objects of this organization as the aims and objects his own life, is at one with the programme and modus operand! of this organization, actively takes part in the struggle for implementing the same, fully abides by the constitution of this organization, duly observes the obligatory ibadah enjoined by Islam, refrains from committing major sins and is not associated with any organization having conflicting principles and methods with those of this organization. c
Article-5 : Any worker desiring membership shall collect a prescribed from the Central President, duly fill in and submit the same to the Central President in the manner approved by the executive council and the Central President shall grant it and shall arrange for his oath. If the Central President does not grant him membership, he shall be liable to explain the reason to the. executive council.
Article-6 : Membership shall be terminated through a process prescribed by the executive council if a member fully or partially violates the terms and conditions laid by the constitution in article no. 4 or violates the oath of membership or shows reluctance and disregard to this organization by words or deeds for a long time, despite efforts for his rectification.
Article-7 : If any member wants to resign, he shall have to submit his resignation to the Central President. His membership shall be suspended as soon as the Central President receives it and his membership shall come to an end immediately after the Central President accepts it.
Article-8 : Membership shall automatically come to an end two months after the publication of the result of the examination at the close of one's student life.
সাথী
ধারা-৯ : যদি কোন শিক্ষার্থী সংগঠনের লক্ষ্য ও উদ্দেশ্যের সাথে ঐক্যমত পোষণ করেন, এ সংগঠনের কর্মসূচি ও কর্মপদ্ধতির সাথে সচেতনভাবে একমত হন, ইসলামের প্রাথমিক দায়িত্বসমূহ পালন করেন এবং সংগঠনের সামগ্রিক তৎপরতায় পূর্ণভাবে সহায়তা করতে প্রতিশ্রুতি দেন, তাহলে তিনি এ সংগঠনের সাথী হতে পারেন।
ধারা-১০ : সাথী হতে ইচ্ছু কোন শিক্ষার্থী কেন্দ্রীয় সংগঠন কর্তৃক নির্ধারিত সাথী হবার আবেনদপত্র পূরণ করে তা কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতি অথবা তার কোন স্থানীয় প্রতিনিধির কাছে জমা দেবেন এবং কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতি বা তার স্থানীয় প্রতিনিধি সে আবেদনপত্র মঞ্জুর করে নেবেন।
ধারা-১১ : যদি কোন সাথী সংবিধানের ৯ নং ধারায় বর্ণিত নিয়মসমূহ আংশিক বা পূর্ণভাবে লঙ্ঘন করেন, তাহলে কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতি বা তার স্থানীয় প্রতিনিধি উক্ত সাথীর সাথীপদ বাতিল করতে পারেন।
ASSOCIATESHIP
Article-9 : If any student subscribes to the aims and objects of this organization, consciously agrees to the programmes and techniques of work of this organization, observes the duties of Islam and pledges to extend his full cooperation to the organization, shall be entitled to its associate ship.
Article-10 : Any student desiring associate ship shall fill in the application form specified by the central organization and submit it to the Central President or his local representative and the Central President or his local representative shall approve it.
Article-11 : If any associate fully or partially violates the preconditions mentioned in article no. 9 of this constitution, the Central President or his local representative shall terminate his associate ship.
তৃতীয় অধ্যায়
কেন্দ্রীয় সংগঠন
ধারা-১২ : কেন্দ্রীয় সংগঠন কেনদ্রীয় সভাপতি, কার্যকরী পরিষদ এবং একটি সেক্রেটারিয়েট সমন্বয়ে গঠিত হবে।
কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতি
ধারা-১৩ : এই সংগঠন কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতি সংগঠনের সদস্যদের প্রত্যক্ষ ভোটে এক বছরের জন্য নির্বাচিত হবেন।
ধারা-১৪ : যদি কোন কারণবশত : কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতির পদ স্থায়ীভাবে শূন্য হয় তাহলে কার্যকরী পরিষদ, পরিষদের মধ্যে থেক একজনকে সাময়িকভাবে কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতি নির্বাচিত করে যথাশীঘ্র সম্ভব সদস্যদের ভোটে সেশনের অবশিষ্ট সময়ের জন্য কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতি নির্বাচনের ব্যবস্থা করবেন। যদি কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতি সাময়িকভাবে ছুটি গ্রহণে বাধ্য হন তাহলে তিনি কার্যকরী পরিষদের সাথে পরামর্শ করে পরিষদের মধ্যে থেকে তিন মাসের জন্য অস্থায়ী সভাপতি নিযুক্ত করতে পারবেন।
ধারা-১৫ : কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতি বা অস্থায়ী সভাপতি নির্বাচিত বা নিযুক্ত হবার পর কার্যভার গ্রহণের পূর্বে সদস্যদের সম্মেলনে অথবা কার্যকরী পরিষদের অধিবেশনে সংবিধানের পরিশিষ্টে বর্ণিত সভাপতির শপথ গ্রহণ করবেন।
ধারা-১৬ : কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতির দায়িত্ব ও কর্তব্য হচ্ছে, এই সংগঠনের মূল উদ্দেশ্য হাসিল, পরিচালনা, কর্মসূচির বাস্তবায়ন এবং সর্বোৎকৃষ্ট সাংগঠনিক শৃঙ্খলা প্রতিষ্ঠা ও সংরক্ষণ।
ধারা-১৭ : কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতি সব সময় কার্যকরী পরিষদের পরামর্শ অনুসারে কাজ করবেন। কিন্তু দৈনন্দিন কাজ সম্পাদন ও কার্যকরী পরিষদের সিদ্ধান্ত নেই এমন কোন বিষয়ে জরুরী ও সাময়িক পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণের প্রয়োজন হলে তিনি এ নিয়মের অধীন থাকবেন না।
ধারা-১৮ : সংবিধানের বিভিন্ন ধারায় কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপিতকে যে সব ক্ষমতা প্রদান করা হয়েছে, তিনি নিজে অথবা কর্মীদের মাধ্যমে সেগুলো প্রয়োগ করতে পারবেন।
CHAPTER THREE
THE CENTRAL BODY
Article-12 : The central body shall consist of the Central President, the executive council and the secretariat.
THE CENTRAL PRESIDENT
Article-13 : The Central President shall be elected by the members of this organization through direct votes for a period of one year.
Article-14 : If, for any reason, the office of the Central President permanently falls vacant, the executive council shall temporarily elect Central President from amongst the executive council members and shall immediately arrange for election to the office of the Central President for the rest of the session. If the Central President is bound to take temporary leave he shall, in consultation with the executive council, appoint one Acting President from amongst the executive council members for a period of three months.
Article-15 : The Central President or the Acting President, elected or appointed, shall take the oath of office as per the appendix of this constitution in the members conference or in the session of the executive council before he takes the charge.
Article-16 : The main duty and responsibility of the Central President shall be to achieve the aims and objects of this organization, to administer and materialize the programmes and to establish and maintain the highest form of discipline in the organization.
Article-17 : The Central President shall generally function in accordance with the advice of the executive council. But he shall not be subjected to this provision in case of his day to day affairs and in sucn cases on which there is no decision of the executive council but he deems it necessary to take emergency decision and temporary steps.
Article-18 : The Central President directly or through his representatives shall exercise powers vested in him in different articles of this constitution.

ধারা-১৯ : সদস্যদের প্রত্যক্ষ ভোটে প্রতি একশত দশ জনে একজন হারে এবং অবশিষ্ট সংখ্যার জন্য একজন নির্বাচিত প্রতিনিধিদের নিয়ে কার্যকরী পরিষদ একবছরের জন্য গঠিত হবে এবং সভাপতি প্রয়োজন বোধ করলে নির্বাচিত প্রতিনিধিদের এক-তৃতীয়াংশের বেশি হবে না, এমন সংখ্যক সদস্যকে এবং কার্যকরী পরিষদের প্রাক্তন সদস্যদের মধ্যে থেক অনূর্ধ্ব দুজনকে কার্যকরী পরিষদের পরামর্শক্রমে পরিষদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত করতে পারবেন। কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতি কার্যকরী পরিষদের সভাপতি থাকবেন এবং সেক্রেটারী জেনারেল পদাধিকার বলে কার্যকরী পরিষদের সদস্য হবেন।
ধারা-২০ : কার্যকরী পরিষদের সদস্যগণ কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতির ব্যবস্থাপনায় শপথ গ্রহণ করবেন।
ধারা-২১ : কার্যকরী পরিষদের কোন নির্বাচিত সদস্যদের পদ শূন্য হলে তিন মাসের মধ্যেই তা পূরণ করতে হবে।
ধারা-২২ : সামগ্রিকভাবে কার্যকরী পরিষদের ও ব্যক্তিগতভাবে এর সদস্যদের দায়িত্ব হচ্ছে নিজেদের তত্ত্বাধান, কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতির তত্ত্বাবধান, সংগঠনে ইসলামী নীতির অনুর্সতির তত্ত্বআবধান, সংগঠনের কর্মসূচি বাস্তবায়নের তত্ত্বাবধান ও পর্যবেক্ষণ, সংবিধান অনুসৃতির তত্ত্ববধান, সংগঠনের যে কোন ত্রুটি দূরীকরণ, সংগঠনের সামগ্রিক কাজের মৌলিক পরিকল্পনা প্রণয়ন, কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতিকে পরামর্শ দান, নি:সংকোচে মত প্রকাশ এবং কার্যকরী পরিষদের অধিবেশনে নিয়মিত যোগদান অথবা অভিমত প্রেরণ।
TE EXECUTIVE COUNCIL
Article-19 : The executive council shall be formed for a period of one year, in the following manner -
• Representatives directly elected by the members in a ratio of one for One hundred & ten and one for the remaining fraction.
• If the Central President deems it necessary, he may nominate, in consultation with the executive council members, not numbering more than one third of the elected members.
• If the Central President deems it necessary, he may nominate in consultation with the executive council, members numbering not more than two, from amongst the ex-members of the executive council.
• The Central President shall be the chairman and the secretary
general shcHI be the exofficio member of the executive
council.
Article-20 : The Central President shall administer the oath of office of the members of the executive council.
Article-21 : If any seat of the elected members of the executive council falls vacant, the vacancy shall be filled up within a period of three months.
Article-22 : The collective and individual duties and responsibilities of the members of the executive council shall be :-
• To take care of themselves.
• To keep a watch on the Central President.
• To see into the practice of Islamic principles in the organization.
• To supervise and observe the implementation of the • programmes of the organization.
• To supervise the pursuit of the constitution.
• To remove flaws, if found any, from the organization.
• To chalk out the basic plans of the activities of the organization.
• To advise the Central President.
• To express own views without any hesitation.
• To regularly attend the sessions of the executive council or send opinions.
ধারা-২৩ : বছরে কার্যকরী পরিষদের দুটি সাধারণ অধিবেশন অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতি প্রয়োজন বোধ করলে অথবা কার্যকরী পরিষদের এক-পঞ্চামাংশ সদস্য অথবা সংগঠনের সদস্যদের এক দশমাংশ কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতির নিকট লিখিতভাবে দাবি করলে কার্যকরী পরিষদের অধিবেশন অবশ্যই অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। কার্যকরী পরিষদের অধিবেশন অনুষ্ঠানের দাবি পেশ করার দিন থেকে এক মাসের মধ্যেই অধিবেশনের ব্যবস্থা করতে হবে।
ধারা-২৪ : কার্যকরী পরিষদের অধিবেশনে পরিষদের মোট সদস্য সংখ্যার এক তৃতীয়াংশ সদস্য উপস্থিত হলেই কোরাম হবে। কিন্তু কোরাম না হওয়ার কারণে কোন অধিবেশন মূলতবী হলে পরবর্তী অধিবেশনের জন্য কোরামের প্রয়োজন হবে না। কার্যকরী পরিষদের প্রতিটি সিদ্ধান্ত উপস্থিত সদস্যদের অধিকাংশের মতানুযায়ী গৃহীত হবে।
ধারা-২৫ : যদি কোন ব্যাপারে কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতি ও কার্যকরী পরিষদের মধ্যে মতবিরোধ দেখা দেয় এবং যদি একে অপরের রায় মেনে নিতে না পারেন, তাহলে চূড়ান্ত সিদ্ধান্ত সংগঠনের সংখ্যাগরিষ্ঠ সদস্যদের মতানুযায়ী নির্ধারিত হবে।
সেক্রেটারিয়েট
ধারা-২৬ : কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতি কার্যকরী পরিষদের সাথে পরামর্শ করে সেক্রেটারী জেনারেল ও প্রয়োজনীয় সংখ্যক বিভাগীয় সেক্রেটারীর সমন্বয়ে সেক্রেটারিয়েট গঠন করবেন। কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতি কার্যকরী পরিষদের সাথে পরামর্শ করে প্রয়োজনবোধে পূর্ণ বা আংশিকভাবে তার সেক্রেটারিয়েট রদবদল করতে পারবেন।
ধারা-২৭ : সেক্রেটারী জেনারেল সেক্রেটারিয়েটের বিভাগুলোর কাজ সুষ্ঠুভাবে পরিচালনা করার দায়িত্ব থাকবে। অধ:স্তন সংগঠনগুলোর ও কর্মীদের উপর দৃষ্টি রাখা এবং কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতিকে সমস্ত বিষয়ে ওয়াকিফহাল রাখা তার দায়িত্বের অন্তর্ভূক্ত হবে।
ধারা-২৮ : কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতির দায়িত্ব ও কর্তব্য পালনে সর্বোতভাবে সহযোগিতা করাই সেক্রেটারিয়েটের দায়িত্ব ও কর্তব্য এবং সেক্রেটারিয়েট কাজের জন্য সভাপতির নিকট দায়ী থাকবে।
Article-23 : There shall be two general sessions of the executive council in a year. If the Central President deems it necessary or one fifth of the total members of the executive council or one tenth of the total members of the organization demands in writing, a session of the executive council must be convened. The executive council shall be summoned within a period of one month from the date of requisition.
Article-24 : One third of the total members of the executive council shall form the quorum of the meeting. No quorum shall be necessary for the adjourned session, if a session has to be adjourned for a shortage of quorum. Each and every decision of the executive council shall be taken on the basis of the opinions of the majority of the members present.
Article-25 : In case of a difference of opinion between the Central President and the executive council and if one cannot accept the opinion of the other, the decision of the majority of the members of the organization shall be conclusive.
THE SECRETARIAT
Article-26 : The Central President, in consultation with the executive council, shall form a secretariat with a secretary general and as many departmental secretaries as required. The Central President may, in consultation with the executive council, partially or fully reshuffle the secretariat, if he deems it necessary.
Article-27 : The duties and responsibilities of the secretary general shall include the execution of the departmental work of the secretariat and his duties and responsibilities shall include keeping an eye on the lower tiers and workers of the organization and keeping the Central President informed of all affairs.
Article-28 : The duties and responsibilities of the secretariat is to cooperate and assist the Central President in discharging his function. The secretariat shall remain accountable to the Central President.

ধারা-২৯ : প্রয়োজন ও পরিস্থিতি অনুযায়ী কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতি কার্যকরী পরিষদের পরামর্শক্রমে সংগঠনের অন্যান্য স্তর উদ্ভাবন ও প্রশাসন পদ্ধতি নির্ধারণ করতে পারবেন।
সদস্য শাখা
ধারা-৩০: দুয়ের অধিক সদস্য নিয়ে সদস্য শাখা গঠিত হবে। সদস্যদের প্রত্যক্ষ ভোটে সদস্য শাখার সভাপতি এক বছরের জন্য নির্বাচিত হবেন। অনিবার্য কারণে কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতির নির্দেশে সদস্যগণ বছরের যে কোন সময়ে সদস্য শাখার সভাপতি নির্বাচিত করতে পারবেন।
ধারা-৩১: কেন্দ্রীয় পরিকল্পনার ভিত্তিতে সংগঠনের কর্মসূচি বাস্তনবায়ন ও কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতির নির্দেশাবলী পালনই সদস্য শাখার দায়িত্ব ও কর্তব্য।
সাথী শাখা
ধারা-৩২ : যেখানে সদস্য শাখা নেই সেখানে দুয়ের অধিক সাথী নিয়ে কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতির অনুমোদনক্রমে সাথী শাখা গঠিত হবে। সাথীদের প্রত্যক্ষ ভোটে এক বছরের জন্য সাথী শাখার সভাপতি নির্বাচিত হবেন।
নির্বাচন
ধারা-৩৩ : নির্বাচন কমিশন কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতি নির্বাচন পরিচালনা করবেন। কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতি কার্যকরী পরিষদের সাথে পরামর্শ করে প্রধান নির্বাচন কমিশনার ও দুইজন সহকারী নির্বাচন কমিশনার সমন্বয়ে নির্বাচন কমিশন গঠন করবেন। সংগঠনের সর্ব পর্যায়ের নির্বাচন পদ্ধতি কার্যকরী পরিষদ নির্ধারণ করবেন।
ধারা-৩৪ : এই সংগঠনের সভাপতি বা কার্যকরী পরিষদের সদস্য বা অন্য কোন দায়িত্বশীল ব্যক্তি নির্বাচন করা কালে ব্যক্তির আল্লাহ ও রাসূল (সা) এর প্রতি আনুগত্য, তাক্বওয়া, আদর্শের সঠিক জ্ঞানের পরিসর, সাংগঠনিক প্রজ্ঞা, শৃঙ্খলাবিধানের যোগ্যতা, মানসিক ভারসাম্য, উদ্ভাবনী ও বিশ্লেষণী শক্তি, কর্মের দৃঢ়তা, অনঢ় মনোবল, আমানাতদারী এবং পদের প্রতি লোভহীনতার দিকে অবশ্যই নজর রাখতে হবে।
OTHER TIERS OF THE ORGANIZATION
Article-29 : The Central President may, in consultation with the executive council, evolve other tiers and determine the administrative system of the organization according to necessity and circumstances.
MEMBER UNIT
Article-30 : A member unit shall consist of more than two members. The president of a member unit shall be elected by direct votes of the members for a period of one year. Under unavoidable circumstances, on the direction of the Central President, the members may elect the president of the member unit, at any time of the year.
Article-31 : The duty and responsibility of a member unit is to materialize the programme of the organization in the light of the central plan and to actualize the directives of the Central President.
ASSOCIATE UNIT
Article-32 : An associate unit shall consist of more than two associates, where there is no member unit, on approval of the Central President. The president of an associate unit shall be elected by direct votes or the associates for a period of one year.
ELECTIONS
Article-33 : An election commission shall conduct the election of the central president. The central president shall constitute the election commission consisting a chief election commissioner and two assistant election commissioner in consultation with the executive council. The executive council shall determine the election procedure of all tiers of the organization.
Article-34 : While electing the President or a member of the executive council or any responsible person of this organization, a person's adherence to the dictates of Allah (SWT) and His prophet (peace be upon him), taqwa, proper understanding of the ideology, organizational wisdom, capability of ensuring discipline, mental equilibrium, innovative and analytical ability, steadfastness, determination, trustworthiness and greedless ness to the post must be kept in view.
ধারা-৩৫ : এই সংগঠনের যে কোন নির্বাচনে প্রত্যক্ষ বা পরোক্ষ ক্যানভাসের অনুমতি থাকবে না। কারো পক্ষে বা বিপক্ষে কোন গ্রুপ সৃষ্টি করা যাবে না। তবে পরামর্শ নেয়াটা ক্যানভাসের অন্তর্ভূক্ত হবে না। নির্বাচনে সর্বোচ্চ সংখ্যক ভোটপ্রাপ্ত ব্যক্তিই নর্বাচিত বলে ঘোষিত হবেন।
অর্থ-ব্যবস্থা
ধারা-৩৬ : সংগঠনের প্রত্যেক স্তরে বায়তুলমাল থাকবে। কর্মী ও শুভাকাঙ্ক্ষীদের দান, সংগঠন-প্রকাশনীর মুনাফা এবং যাকাতই হবে বায়তুলমালের আয়ের উৎস।
ধারা-৩৭ : সংশ্লিষ্ট সভাপতি সংগঠনের কর্মসূচির বাস্তবায়ন ও অন্যান্য সাংগঠনিক কাজে বায়তুলমালের অর্থ ব্যয় করবেন।
ধারা-৩৮ : বায়তুলমালের যাকাত সংগ্রহ করতে হলে পূর্বাহ্নে কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতির অনুমতি নিতে হবে এবং যাকাত থেকে প্রাপ্ত অর্থের হিসাব পৃথক রাখতে হবে। এই অর্থ কেবলমাত্র শলীয়থ নির্ধারিত খাতে ব্যয় করা যাবে।
ধারা-৩৯ : অধ:স্তন সংগঠনগুলো বায়তুলমাল থেকে নিয়মিতভাবে নির্ধারিত অংশ ঊর্ধ্বতন বায়তুলমালে জমা দেবে।
ধারা-৪০ : কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতি সামগ্রিকভাবে বায়তুলমালের আয়-ব্যয় সম্পর্কে কায়করী পরিষদের নিকট দায়ী থাকবেন এবং অধ:স্তন সংগঠনগুলোর বায়তুলমালের তত্ত্বাবধান ও নিয়ন্ত্রণ করবেন। কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতি কার্যকরী পরিষদের সাথে পরামর্শ করে অডিট কমিটি গঠন করবেন। অডিট কমিটি বছরে একবার কেন্দ্রীয় ও শাখা বায়তুলমাল অডিট করবে। অডিট নিপোর্ট কার্যকরী পরিষদে পেশ করা হবে।
Article-35 : No canvassing shall be allowed in any election. Grouping and group activities shall not be permissible in support of or against a person. To seek advice shall not be deemed to fall under the definition of canvassing. The person securing highest number of votes shall be declared elected. "
FUND/BAITUL MAAL
Article-36 : There shall be a Baitul Maal at every tier of the organization. The contribution of the workers and well- wishers, the sales proceeds of the publication of the organization and Zakat shall be the sources of income of the Baitul Maal.
Article-37 : The respective president shall spend the money of Baitul Mqal for the materialization of the programme of the organization and for other organizational activities.
Article-38 : Zakat could be collected only on prior permission of the Central President and an account of the Zakat money shall be maintained separately. This money shall only be spent under the specific heads prescribed by the Shariah.
Article-39 : The lower tiers shall regularly remit a fixed amount of money to the higher Baitul Maal.
Article-40 : The Central President shall remain responsible to the central executive council in respect to the income and expenditure of the Baitul Maal and he shall supervise and control the Baitul Maal of the lower tiers. The Central President shall constitute an audit committee in consultation with the executive council. The audit committee shall audit the Central and Branch Baitul Maal once in a year. The audit report shall be presented in the executive council meeting.
পদচ্যুতি
ধারা-৪১ : কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতি যদি স্বেচ্ছায় শরীয়তের স্পষ্ট বিধান লঙ্ঘন করেন অথবা তার কার্যক্রমে সংগঠনের ক্ষতি হবার আকাঙ্ক্ষা দেখা দেয় তাহলে তাকে পদচ্যুত করা যাবে।
ধারা-৪২ : যদি কার্যকরী পরিষদের অধিকাংশ সদস্য কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতির প্রতি অনাস্থা প্রস্তাব পাস করেন, তাহলে এক মাসের মধ্যে পূর্ণ বিষয়টি সদস্যদের নিকট পেশ করতে হবে। অধিকাংশ সদস্য অনাস্থা প্রস্তাবের পক্ষে ভোট দিলে কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতি পদচ্যুত হবেন। অধিকাংশ সদস্য সভাপতির সমর্থনে ভোট দিলে কার্যকরী পরিষদ পদচ্যুত হবেন এবং নতুন নির্বাচন অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।
ধারা-৪৩ : সদস্যদের মধ্যে হতে কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতির বিরুদ্ধে অনাস্থা প্রস্তাব পেশ করতে হলে এ প্রস্তাবের পক্ষে প্রমাণাদিসহ সদস্যদের এক দশমাংশের স্বাক্ষর নিয়ে লিখিতভাবে কার্যকরী পরিষদের নিকট তা পেশ করতে হবে। এর পরে অনাস্থা প্রস্তাবটি পাশ করলে এক মাসের মধ্যেই পূর্ণ বিষয়টি সদস্যদের নিকট পেশ করতে হবে। অধিকাংশ সদস্য অনাস্থা প্রস্তাবের পক্ষে ভোট দিলে করতে হবে। অধিকাংশ সদস্য অনাস্থা প্রস্তাবের পক্ষে ভোট দিলে কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতি পদচ্যুত হবেন। অধিকাংশ সদস্য অনাস্থা প্রস্তাবের বিরুদ্ধে ভোট দিলে কার্যকরী পরিষদ পদচ্যুত হবেন নতুন নির্বাচন অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।
ধারা-৪৪ :যদি কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতি কার্যকরী পরিষদের অথবা কার্যকরী পরিষদের কোন নির্বাচিত সদস্যের রদবদল করার প্রয়োজনীয়তা অনুভব করেন, তাহলে তিনি সংগঠনের সদস্যদের মতামত গ্রহণ করবেন। যদি সংখ্যাগরিষ্ঠ সদস্য তার মতের পক্ষে রায় দেন, তাহলে উক্ত নির্বাচিত সদস্য তার মতের পক্ষে রায় দেন, তাহলে উক্ত নির্বাচিত সদস্য অথবা কার্যকরী পরিষদ পদচ্যুত হবেন। কিন্তু যদি কার্যকরী পরিষদের সমষ্টিগত পদচ্যুতির ব্যাপারে সংখ্যাগরিষ্ঠ সদস্য কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতির মতের বিরোধিতা করেন, তাহলে এক মাসের মধ্যে কার্যকরী পরিষদের অধিবেশন আহ্বান করে কেন্দ্রীয় অবশ্যই পদত্যাগপত্র দাখিল করবেন।
DISMISSAL
Article-41 : The Central President may be removed from his office if he intentionally violates any clear injunctions of Shariah or if his conduct is likely to cause serious harm to the organization.
Article-42 : If the majority of the members of the executive council passes a no confidence motion against the Central President, the whole affair is to be presented before the members of the organization within one month. The Central President shall cease to hold office if the majority of the members votes in favor of the no confidence motion. The executive council shall be dissolved and a new election shall take place if the majority of the members of the organization votes against the no confidence motion.
Article-43 : If a no confidence motion against the Central President is to be moved from amongst the members, it should be delivered to the executive council in writing with documents, signed by one tenth of the members. Hereafter, the motion is to be put to a session of the executive council convened within one month. If the majority of the members of the executive council passes the no confidence motion against the Central President, the whole affair is to be presented before the members. The Central President shall vacate his office if the majority of the members votes in favor of the no confidence motion. The executive council shall be dissolved and a new election shall take place if the majority of the members votes against the no confidence motion.
Article-44 : The Central President shall take the opinion of the members of the organization if he deems it necessary to alternate the executive council of any elected member of the executive council, if the majority of the members passes their verdict in favor of his opinion then the executive council or the aforesaid elected member of the executive council shall be dismissed. But the Central President shall have to submit his resignation letter in a session of the executive council, summoned within one month, if the majority of the members oppose his opinion as regards the collective dismissal of the executive council.
ধারা-৪৫ : কার্যকরী পরিষদের কোন সদস্য তখনই, তার সদস্যপদ হারাবেন, যখন তিনি সংগঠনের সদস্য না থাকেন অথবা উপযুক্ত কারণ ব্যতীত কার্যকরী পরিষদের অধিবেশনে পর পর দুবার অনুপস্থিত থাকেন অথবা কার্যকরী পরিষদের সদস্য পদ থেকে পদত্যাগ করেন এবং সভাপতি তা মঞ্জুর করেন অথবা যারা তাকে নির্বাচিত বা মনোনীত করেছেন, তাদের অধিকাংশ যদি তার বিরুদ্ধে অনাস্থা প্রকাশ করেন।
ধারা-৪৬ : কেন্দ্রিয় সভাপতি প্রয়োজনবোধে যে কোন সাথী শাখাকে ভেঙ্গে দিতে এবং যে কোন সদস্য শাখাকে সাসপেন্ড করতে পারবেন। কিন্তু কোন সদস্য শাখাকে সম্পূর্ণ ভেঙ্গে দিতে হলে তাকে কার্যকরী পরিষদের পরামর্শ নিতে হবে।
সংবিধানের সংশোধন
ধারা-৪৭: এ সংবিধানের কোন সংশোধনী সরাসরি সদস্যদের সম্মেলন সমস্ত সদস্যদের অধিকাংশের ভোটে মঞ্জুর করা যাবে। কিন্তু উক্ত সংশোধনীর নোটিশ সদস্য সম্মেলন অনুষ্ঠিত হবার দুই সপ্তাহ আগে কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতির নিকট পোঁছাতে হবে। এই সংবিধানের কোন সংশোধনী কার্যকরী পরিষদের অধিকাংশের ভোটেও মঞ্জুর করা যাবে। কিন্তু এরূপ কোন সংশোধনী গৃহীত হবার দুই মাসের মধ্যেই সমস্ত সদস্যদের অধিকাংশের ভোটে তা মঞ্জুর করে নিতে হবে।
ধারা-৪৮ : এ সংবিধানের কোন ধারা বা বিষয়ের ব্যাখ্যার ব্যাপারে কার্যকরী পরিষদের সিদ্ধান্তই চূড়ান্ত হবে।
বিবিধ
ধারা-৪৯ : জানুয়ারী মাস থেকে এ সংগঠনের সাংগঠনিক বছর শুরু হবে।
ধারা-৫০ : এ সংগঠনের সাথে সংশ্লিষ্ট যেসব ছাত্রের শিক্ষাজীবন সমাপ্ত হয়ে যাবে তাদেরকে নিয়ে এ সংগঠনের একটি ভ্রাতৃশিবির গঠিত হবে।
Article-45 : A member of the executive council shall lose membership when he ceases to remain a member of 1 organization or remains absent in two successive sessions of executive council without acceptable ground or resigns membership from the executive council and the Central President accepts it or if the majority of the members who elected F expresses 'no1 confidence against him or in case of being nominated member, he lose the confidence of the Cent President.
Article-46 : The Central President may, if he deem* necessary, dissolve any associate unit and suspend any member unit. But he must consult the executive council, if he intends dissolve a member unit totally.
AMENDMENT OF THE CONSTITUTION
Article-47 : Any amendment of this constitution may adopted directly in a member conference by votes of the majority of the total members, provided that a notice of the aforesaid amendment must be delivered to the Central President two weeks prior to the member conference. Any amendment of this constitution may also be adopted by votes of the majority of 1 members of the executive council. But an amendment so adopted must be approved by votes of the majority of the total members within two months.
Article-48 : The decision of the executive council shall conclusive in case of interpretation of any article or matter of t constitution.
MISCELLANEOUS
Article-49 : The year of this organization shall commence from January.
Article-50 : A brother's Forum shall be formed with t students related to this organization after the completion of their student life.
N.B. - The Bengali version of this Constitution shall I considered as the main text in case of any dispute.

সাথীর শপথ
বিসমিল্লাহির রাহমানির রাহীম
আমি..................... যাকে বাংলাদেশ ইসলামী ছাত্রশিবিরের সাথী শ্রেণীর অন্তর্ভুক্ত করা হয়েছে, আল্লাহ রাব্বুল আলামীনকে সাক্ষী করে ওয়াদা করছি যে-
(১) আমি বাংলাদেশ ইসলামী ছাত্রশিবিরের আদর্শ, লক্ষ্য ও কর্মসূচি ও কর্মপদ্ধতির সাথে সম্পূর্ণরূপে একমত। এ উদ্দেশ্যে বাংলাদেশ ইসলামী ছাত্রশিবির যে প্রচেষ্টা চালিয়ে যাচ্ছে তাতে আমি সম্ভাব্য সকল প্রকার সহযোগিতা করব।
(২) আমি ইসলামের মৌলিক বিধি-বিধানসমূহ যথাযথভাবে পালন করব এবং
(৩) আমার উপর অর্পিত আমানত যথাযথভাবে রক্ষা করব।
আল্লাহ আমাকে এ ওয়াদা পালন করার তৌফিক দিন। আমীন।
