You are aware that there is a crisis arose in BICS like 1982 which is very unfortunate. Now it is time to share how bad the situation is ! and bring out a peace full solution for BICS.
1. Crisis starts from the end of member conference and spread out to the all members joined in the conference 2010; the reason being-
2. Mr. Rezaul Karim Vai ( previous and newly elected president, who supposed to end up his studentship this year) has taken some decision in his own without give any refection of executive committee members suggestion.
3. 27 EC members out of 38 members ( excl. ex-cp 2 + Rezaul Karim) have raised several issue against Mr. Rezaul Karim Vai about ( which related to abuse of Funds, assets, power and over all his integrity and fairness) his activities in the previous years then it come to the light and out of EC.
4. Initially ex cps took the initiative to solve the problem (3 members committee from recent CP);
5. But it was not accepted to the members who raise the voice for integrity and transparency of rezaul Karim Vai, because all of them are coming from a certain university (RU) and there is highly likely bias will takes place.
6. So they went to the Ameer-e-Jamaat and he formed another independent committee with senior CP including our honourable election commissioner Jb. Nazir Ahmed.
7. They call the EC member to produce their allegation against Rezaul Karim Vai with evidence;
8. They ( 27 EC members) did so;
9. Then the committee called Mr. Rezaul Vai and his Supporters in front of the committee and place their argument but 3 times THEY deny to present.
10. On the other hand Jb. Nazir Ahmed became sick and the committee became inactive;
11. In the same time today the Secretary general Dr. Mamun VAI who was chosen by Rezaul Karim VAI has resigned due to undue appointment by Rezaul Karim vai ; as he realized in EC meeting.
12. Already ameer-e-jamaat said - ''Jamaat will not interfere in the shibir's activities'', they will be guided by their constitution but 2/3 Jamaat leader were violating this ethics.
13. This 95% true report. You may know more if you ask EC members what type of offers they have got from Rezaul & Cos. ( Job/ Money/ SG position etc)
14. Now Mr. Rezaul karim VAI sending the balot paper for new EC election which was suspended by the inquiry committe;
15. We agree Rezaul VAI was elected where he suposed to end up his studentship; he got married now his duty is to build up his family life why and who asking him to stay in shibir to serve their purpose. As shibir members shows honour as current cp by putting their Vote but Mr. Rezaul vai taking this as his opportunity serve his supporters in JAMAYAT.
16. Mr. Rezaul vai is trying to remove all meritorious brothers from shibir to full fill some's agenda;
17. if we allow him to carry the job in his own way it will be resulted very serious break down of the chain of command, inactiveness and demotivation to Islami Movement, ultimately destroy the future IM which awami league want to do.
18. But our main concern is- where is the source of the power of bro Mr. Rezaul Karim and he is waiting for green signal!!!!!!!!!??????
19. Who is he ( By the way he is the cousine of national bitraer Moin Uddun Ahmed Ex chief of Army) !!!!!!! Ignoring the 27 EC members out of 38 elected EC ( Excl ex-cp 2 + 1 Rezaul in the ex co )
20. NOW Shibir is in real Crisis ever that it born.
21. So borthers' come foreward and save shibir from any disputed personal.
The situation as below (latest update)
1. The independent enquiry committee being paralysed due to unfair interfere from few Jamaat leader;
2. During the inquiry bro Mr. Rezaul Karim should stop his regular activities due the unbiased inquire and he should come to the committee to explain himself;
3. But he denied them 3 time; and there is no report is published yet due to his non co-operation;
4. In the mean time he declared election for new EC with his short list of Chosen Member.( It is completely out of our constitutions);
5. In same time telephone calls are making to the all branches of Jamaat -e- Islami to pursue the vote to bro Rezaul Karim; ( it is not the Jamaat decision, this decision made by only one leader) which is also bending the constitutions;
6. It is also come to us from abroad that they are instructed by Jamaat (few leader) that do not hear the leaders just follow our instruction ( What is the sign of it???????)
7. Why Jamaat leaders are interfering all places; ( If it the decision from the surah of Jamaat we will follow them; if not we should think about it ??? whats going on?????)
8. Inquire committee didn't informed as well. Now Jam mat -e- Islami executive council id due in next day.
9. Actually Jamaat( A part of leaders) and Shibir CP (brother Rezaul ) are controlled by a syndicate;
10. On the other hand Rezaul Karim vai is calling to different branches and asking the members to vote on him if they don not agree to vote him, he (Rezaul) is instantly suspending their membership; Which is question of his ethics and constitutional policy about voting;
11.Dear brothers you will be shocked to hear that few Jamaat leader is also calling to different city ameer not to accept the leaving brothers ( Those are resigned and signing petision against Rezul for impeachment); it is really unfortunate that few ex cp come Jamaat leaders are influencing shibir and making barrier to exercises the BICS's constitution);
12. The present situation is over flowed by the traditional political practise in Bangladesh.
13. Dear brother pls pray to Allah and put your affords to save Jamaat an shibir from a organised syndicate.
Can you imagine HOW BAD THE SITUATION IS!!!!!!!!!!
What should we do???????
You may agree with us or not but you should do some this as Allah (SWT) gave you a'akal to think what going on !!!!!!!!!!!!
Need to Do:
* Call to Ameer -e- Jamaat or his Representatives and request to restore the brother hood and spirit of IM;
* Instantly suspended all activities by the name of Shibir and By current cp bro Rezaul until problem is solved;
* Expand the independent inquiry committee member by including ex-CP & EC members those are Lawyer, Barrister and Dene ale em to check the compliance of Shariah and BICS constitution.
* We will not compromise with shariah issue and bending the law of BICS Constitution.
* If needed turn back shibir to member conference 2009 and get a fresh start.
* Call all EC members in front of the committee to explain themselves and present the report to the Jamaat EC.
* Whoever prov en to guilty in Shibir and Jamaat to making this crisis they should be punished like sahabas whose are not joined Uhud war.
* Dear brothers we will not afford to ignore the situation any more, so raise your voice for justice and pure islamic movement.
May Allah accept all our afford and keep away from the syndicate. Do not listen to any one until the problem solved by complying Shariah and BICS constitution.
